Romantic winter bridal – Charleston, SC – December 2017

I’m SO excited to finally share part one of this gorgeous beach bridal session! On December 30th I was so spoiled to be able to work with some amazing local Charleston vendors and capture some of the beauty that is our city (well, beach this time) – in the winter!
I feel like winter weddings are starting to pick up a little bit, but here in the South it’s a little different – this is what our winter weddings look like. Dreamy, flowy dresses (Blush by Hailey Paige, Ivory & Beau). Wild and gorgeous blooms (Enchanted Wedding Florals & Beyond). Simple and sophisticated beauty (Addie J. Beauty, Makeup by Blanche). I am in love with the muted colors of December on our beaches – if I were planning a second wedding (haha…don’t worry David I’m not…but maybe a vow renewal!) I would totally go for winter on the beach.
This day was a little bit wild, a little bit sophisticated, and totally naturally beautiful – and we made it just in time before the crazy Charleston snowstorm!
