Deanna + Perry | Summertime Gadsden House Wedding

Deanna + Perry had the sweetest wedding at the beautiful Gadsden House in Charleston, South Carolina. A postponement because of covid didn’t dampen their spirits at all…Deanna and her amazing planner Chauncey of Bouquets and Bowties handled the postponement SO smoothly and the day went off without a hitch.

Their day was joyful (and tearful) right from the start. Deanna and her bridal party laughed and got ready in the gorgeous bridal suite, and she and Perry had the absolute sweetest first look in the grand front hall of the house.

Every detail was so personal, from the Pittsburg-traditional cookie table to the Guatemalan ribbon on all of the bridesmaids bouquets and comics on each table. Everyone danced the night away, and then they played “Thunderstruck” before their sparkler exit. (fyi – if you don’t know what “Thunderstruck” is you may need to sneak along with us to one of our couple’s weddings…we’ve had the pleasure of watching this game several times!)
