Jessica & Joe | A Creekside Wedding at Goldbug Island

Jess, Joe and I met at Muddy Waters Coffee to go over the details of their wedding day…and I figured it’d be fun…but y’all, I had no idea.

The minute I walked into Jess’s getting ready room her bridal party’s amazing positive energy hit me (they were flossing in their robes and cheers-ing champagne until the very last moment), and it didn’t slow down all day! I felt like part of the group, they were sweet – and SO excited to make every moment perfect!

If you’ve been following along with our stories you know I love first looks, and Jess had two! First, the sweetest first look with her dad (mom joined us about three minutes in!) at her getting-ready location. Then, with the whole bridal party peeking from inside the venue, an intimate and fun first look with Joe.

The weather said rain…but Charleston didn’t fail us

We watched the weather all day, but from the first look to their sunset portraits (stick around, it was AMAZING) we had absolutely perfect weather…not that rain would have dampened their party anyway…Jess and Joe danced into the night!

I love when I feel like I’m part of the family, and I absolutely did with Jess and Joe. They were the very sweetest, and 100% knew how to throw an amazing party with their closest family and friends.
