“A grand adventure is about to begin.”

As soon as you find out you're expecting a baby, everything changes. As a Charleston maternity photographer I absolutely love documenting this special time for parents-to-be - starting as early as your your pregnancy announcement! (there's never such a thing as too much, here's your permission to be extra)
Let's be honest, when you're looking for a photographer for your maternity photos the options can be overwhelming, and planning your session can be overwhelming. That's what I'm here for, let me relieve the overwhelm - this time is supposed to be joyful and RESTFUL. I've got the rest.
My sessions are:
1. Relaxed
2. Tailored to you and your vision
3. Full service - from session styling to hanging artwork on your walls, I've got you.

There is no "standard" when it comes to your maternity photos, so if you have a vision, wonderful! If you have no idea, that's wonderful too! I will help you plan whether you know exactly what you want, or whether you have absolutely no idea.

When is the best time to schedule my maternity photos?
I recommend scheduling your maternity photos between 28 - 34 weeks. At this point in your pregnancy you will most likely have a great little bump showing, but you won't be too uncomfortable yet. I also don't recommend scheduling past 35 weeks JUST in case baby makes an early appearance.
Can my older children be part of my maternity photo session?
Sure! Any immediate family is welcome to be part of the session - I love when older siblings are included! Just let me know during our planning call who you intend on having take part in the session so we can plan accordingly.
I recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your preferred date is available. Most of my clients reserve their session two to three months in advance, though I always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when I can.
My focus is on telling your story. While I’ll capture timeless portraits, I’m equally invested in documenting the real, quiet beauty of this chapter — the connection, anticipation, and love you share before welcoming your little one.
I work in a lifestyle approach, guiding you into natural positions so you feel comfortable and at ease. I’m not about rigid poses or heavily staged setups. I do not shoot in a studio, and I prefer authentic editing over polished, overly retouched images.
Absolutely. This is your session, and I want it to feel personal to you. If you’d like to include pets, just let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.
Your session includes dedicated shoot time, a private online gallery, and a collection of digital images with download and print release.
